She is a seasoned organization leader who collaborates well, fostering strong industry relations and partnerships.
Sue Haas is an accomplished media executive with over a decade of leadership experience at Blue Ant Media and NLogic. She now serves as Chief Growth Officer for Numeris, where she leads strategic initiatives to expand measurement capabilities and forge new partnerships. Her dual role reflects a unified approach to innovation and client-centric growth across Canada’s media and advertising ecosystem.
Derrick brings over two decades of global experience, spanning two continents, in measuring video, audio and digital audiences. He has deep experience leading Research, Data, Product Leadership and Operational Groups using different methodologies and technologies. Dr. Gray holds a Doctor of Business Administration (Management Information Systems) where his award-winning research focused on the innovation and application of big data in the Canadian Media Industry. He also holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Toronto.
Catherine Malo leads the delivery of core client solutions across all markets and oversees the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to enhance client relationships and strengthen brand visibility. She brings more than 30 years of experience across digital, broadcast, print, and out-of-home media, supported by executive roles in media measurement, B2B marketing, monetization strategy, and operational change. Catherine is recognized for her holistic vision and industry leadership, driving collaboration and innovation across Canada’s evolving media ecosystem.
Laura manages and maintains financial responsibility for NLogic and Numeris Electronic Inc., Numeris’ subsidiary companies. She is also responsible for the strategic management of financial resources, as well as the enterprise risk and corporate performance management programs for the organization. Additionally, she leads the company’s comprehensive business plan, with the continued goal to modernize Numeris, through cross-media audience measurement in Canada.
John brings more than 15 years of experience leading product development, engineering, and technology teams to deliver innovative media measurement solutions across 30 global markets. In his new role at Numeris, he will provide strategic guidance to these teams, ensuring we evolve to meet the needs of an ever-changing media landscape. John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and MS in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jennifer leads the People Strategy for Numeris. She oversees a national, multi-disciplinary Human Resources team that focuses on the delivery of best in class Human Capital programs and services, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience.
